1. Take full responsibility in the process of recruiting new employees
2. Responsible for matters relating to employee absences, salary calculation, bonuses and benefits
3. Evaluate employee attendance rates
4. Conduct training and training activities
5. Maintain good relations between employees
6. Responsible for managing and developing human resources
7. Make work contracts and employee work trials and renew the validity period
8. Creating an SOP for a job position, job description, training and development system
9. Conduct disciplinary action to employees
10. Perform daily warehouse report calculations


• Education Level: Minimum Bachelor Degree in Psychology / Management
• Experience: 2 years in the same field
• Specific Skills: Discipline, communicative, negotiating
• Personal Characteristics: Having good attitude, Focus
• Certifications: LSP Human Resources
• Physical Abilities: Conflict Management / Problem Resolution
